Apple and pear processing plant
Plan an apple and pear processing plant by comparing juice, puree and concentrate routes, seasonal capacity, changeovers and sample data for an RFQ.

The crop-specific engineering notes below define preparation and recovery questions. Select the product and packaging separately; the same front end does not make every downstream route equivalent.
Separate the finished-product routes
Clear or cloudy juice
For each fruit, state whether clarity or retained body is the target. Review extraction and the required separation stages against that target; a clear-juice filtration specification should not automatically become the specification for a cloudy product.
Puree or nectar base
Define the desired texture and solids limits separately for apple and pear. Use the fruit-specific pages to frame pulping and refining questions, then supply samples and acceptance criteria for the intended product.
Concentrate
Record measured feed Brix and the required final specification for each fruit. Include concentration only in the routes that need it. Review evaporation and filling interfaces in the concentrate production guide.

Mark unknown values as pending. A quoted intake capacity for one fruit is not evidence of the same output or yield for the other.
Decide what the shared plant must demonstrate
Show whether the harvest periods overlap and whether both fruits must run on the same day. Define capacity as raw-fruit intake or finished-product output, include operating hours, and reserve time for cleaning and changeovers. List existing equipment so the engineering review can identify shared modules, separate modules and transfer interfaces.
Request a trial and acceptance plan covering both fruits and each required product. Agree how yield, product quality, changeover time and utility demand will be measured. Shared equipment suitability remains a project-specific engineering decision; this page does not establish a guaranteed multi-fruit capacity.
