Inquiry data

RFQ data notice.

This notice explains what happens to the contact details and project information you choose to submit through a FruitProcessingPlant.com request-for-quotation form.

Information submitted.

An RFQ can include your name or company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, capacity, final product, packaging choice and project notes. The form also submits the page address, page language, item identifier and any campaign source, medium or campaign values present in the page URL.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or information that is not needed to discuss the processing project.

How the information is used.

The inquiry is used to reply to you, understand the requested process route and equipment scope, and prepare an engineering or quotation discussion. The form is protected with validation and abuse checks. Cloudflare hosts the website and routes the request; the email service configured for the site transfers the inquiry to the sales engineering inbox.

Drafts in this browser.

While you complete an RFQ, the form can save a draft in this browser session using sessionStorage. That draft remains on the device and browser session until it is cleared, the session ends or a successful submission clears it. Draft fields are not sent to the inquiry endpoint until you submit the form.

Questions or requests.

To ask about an inquiry, raise a privacy or data-handling question, request a correction or request deletion of information associated with an inquiry, email [email protected]. Include enough non-sensitive detail for the team to locate the inquiry. This notice covers the website RFQ workflow; project contracts or later business communications may require separate records.

Before submitting

Share only the details needed for the equipment discussion.

You can review the RFQ page first or contact the sales engineering inbox directly if you prefer not to use a website form.
