What you choose to send

The receiving service retains a digest, reference, timestamp and delivery state for up to seven days to prevent repeated sends. It does not store the enquiry body in its durable receipt record. Delivered email remains in the receiving mailboxes for enquiry handling and any applicable record-keeping needs; this page does not promise an unverified fixed deletion date. Contact the site for access, correction or deletion requests, subject to applicable retention obligations.
What stays in this browser
Preliminary calculation inputs and a submission reference may be held in session storage for this tab. New contact details and enquiry text are not saved there by this form. If an older version saved an unsent draft, the new form offers a choice to restore it for review or delete it. Nothing from that draft is sent automatically. A confirmed accepted submission clears an older draft only when it was restored in full and the restored fields were sent unchanged. Unrestored or partially restored drafts remain until you explicitly delete them.
A pending or uncertain reference prevents automatic repeat submission after refresh. Contact the site with that reference before sending again. Acceptance confirms the receiving service accepted both send calls; it does not confirm final inbox arrival, engineering approval or a quotation.
Direct contact and measurement
Email and WhatsApp links open external contact services with their own privacy practices. WhatsApp links include the public page subject, not your form fields. The form's local interaction events contain only fixed event and source names, without contact details, project notes, URL queries or submission references.
