Product-to-pack planning balance
Keep running product mass and average packing output separate. This is a mass requirement, not a speed promise.
Result boundary
Your inputs determine the balance
Enter the known conditions. No crop yield, equipment rating or commercial price is prefilled.
Equation and units
Running packs/h = available product kg/h ÷ declared net kg/pack. Scheduled average = running packs/h × productive packing fraction.
Assumptions
- The input rate must be a running rate; do not apply a time allowance twice.
- No litre-to-kilogram conversion without measured density.
- Package rejection, overfill and downstream packing constraints need separate review. The result is not a filler rating.
Use the right boundary in your project brief
Save the inputs, units and assumptions with the result. The site team needs to know which stream and operating period the values describe.
