Define the raw supply

Record crops, delivery peaks, seasonal working days, incoming condition and representative recovery. A multi-fruit plant must account for different preparation modules and changeovers; crop names alone do not prove that one train will fit.

Choose juice, puree or concentrate, then define its package and storage requirement. Aseptic bulk is a system boundary encompassing product treatment, transfer and filling. Retail formats require their own package and preservation review.
