Fruit preparation and particle target

Define whether the feed is fresh fruit, frozen fruit or prepared puree. Match washing, sorting, pulping or cutting to the required fruit content and piece size.

Sugar, pectin and recipe blending

Provide the formulation, sugar and pectin inputs, target solids and batch size. Select blending and ingredient preparation around the required texture while limiting damage to fruit pieces.

Cooking, concentration and foam control
