Turn a Flow Concept Into an RFQ Brief

Use this sequence to move from a product idea to a preliminary process route without treating a generic diagram as final engineering design.

1. Define the product route

Start with raw material, finished product, packaging and shelf-life target. A juice route, puree route, concentrate route and aseptic bulk route can share front-end equipment but usually diverge at extraction, refining, heat treatment and filling.

2. Select process modules

Add receiving, washing, sorting, crushing, destoning, pulping, pressing, deaeration, evaporation, sterilization, filling, CIP and PLC control modules. Each module should remain editable so the route can reflect product viscosity, fiber, seeds and particles.

3. Prepare an RFQ brief

Export a planning note with the selected route, equipment scope, typical reference values and missing project data. Engineers still need raw material tests, capacity, utilities, layout, automation and packaging information before confirming the line.

Fruit-specific routes
